As the production cornerstone of ChuncoTech Rubber, Wuxi Factory (formerly known as Chuanghuo Factory) is a modern manufacturing base with large-scale and standardized production capabilities. Covering an area of 11,880 square meters, the factory employs over 150 professional and technical workers and is equipped with advanced production lines and testing equipment (with more than 100 sets of production equipment across various processes to ensure on-time delivery). It possesses complete production capabilities including mold development, independent rubber compounding, product inspection, and testing, focusing on the R&D and production of various rubber product accessories.
The factory consistently treats quality as its lifeline, strictly adhering to international standards in production. It has passed multiple quality and environmental management system certifications such as ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO14000, ISO9001-2008, and SAEJ-2318, ensuring the performance and reliability of every product. Additionally, the factory supports third-party authoritative certifications and certificates including CCS, BV, and ABS, meeting the access requirements of different countries and regions as well as customers' customized standards. Among its achievements, the brake chamber diaphragm bench life test reaches 1 million cycles, ranking among the top in the national industry. Brake cups are strictly produced in accordance with the HG 2865-1997 standard, categorized into three types—A, B, and C—to meet different needs such as cold resistance and high-temperature resistance, with products having obtained relevant performance certifications.

Yangzhou Factory: With 16 years of operation, it specializes in the production and R&D of Solid Fenders, accumulating profound technical and market expertise in this specific field. ChuncoTech Rubber holds 60% of its equity.
Qingdao Factory: Also with 16 years of operation, it is dedicated to the research, development, and production of Pneumatic Fenders, serving as an important professional manufacturer in this sector. ChuncoTech Rubber holds 60% of its equity.
