Material selection is based on three primary factors: operating temperature range, media chemical compatibility, and working pressure. The elastomer (NBR/FKM/EPDM/VMQ) provides chemical isolation and sealing; the fabric reinforcement layer (nylon/polyester/fiberglass/aramid) provides tensile strength. Dimensional parameters include cylinder bore, stroke length, and mounting configuration (peripheral bead fixing / threaded insert fixing / clamped unbonded fixing), with maximum diameter up to 2,000 mm.
