Service temperature range from -20°C to +121°C, with hardness from Shore A 40 to 90. Suitable for automotive engines, fuel systems, and hydraulic equipment where oil resistance is the primary requirement.
2. FKM Gaskets
Fluorocarbon rubber gaskets deliver superior resistance to high temperatures (up to +200°C, special grades up to +250°C), strong oxidizers, acids, and aggressive chemicals. Low compression set characteristics ensure reliable sealing under extreme conditions. Ideal for petrochemical processing, aerospace, and high-temperature industrial applications.
3. EPDM Gaskets
Ethylene-propylene-diene rubber gaskets feature outstanding weather, ozone, UV, and steam resistance. Service temperature from -57°C to +176°C. Non-polar nature provides excellent resistance to polar fluids including water, steam, and brake fluids. Widely used in HVAC systems, water treatment, outdoor enclosures, and steam applications.
4. VMQ Gaskets
Silicone rubber gaskets maintain flexibility across an exceptional temperature range from -100°C to +300°C, with excellent ozone and weather resistance. Inert, odorless, and non-toxic, with FDA and USP Class VI compliant grades available. Suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical, medical device, and electronics industry applications.
5. CR Gaskets
Chloroprene rubber gaskets provide a balanced combination of oil resistance, weather resistance, and aging resistance. Good resistance to refrigerants and ammonia makes them suitable for refrigeration systems. Service temperature range from -20°C to +121°C.
